Placing your order
You may order by using our online Shopping Cart via our secure web site or by calling us with your requirements. Although you may also e mail your order we will contact you by phone to take payment details and confirm order details.
- Most orders will be despatched within 1-14 days however a selection of our products are bespoke items and made to order so may take up to 28 days to be despatched
- Should any item be likely to take longer than the delivery times specified or is out of stock you will be informed of the expected delivery date. If you decide not to wait for the items to be delivered then you may choose to cancel your order with us.

Method of payment
All orders must be paid for prior to the goods being despatched. Payments by debit/credit card are processed via the secure server Protx. For more information please visit:

If you choose to order and purchase on line your payment is made securely at the time you order via our website. You will then receive an e mail from us to confirm your order details so please check them carefully – we may also call you if you have left a contact number if you are ordering a bespoke item.

Delivery methods and costs
- Most orders will be despatched within 1-14 days however a selection of our products are bespoke items and made to order so may take up to 28 days to be despatched
- If you order is urgent please contact us by e mail or phone to ensure that we can complete the order in time
- To ensure the fastest delivery time some items may arrive in separate packages
- Most packages will require a signature on delivery so please bear this in mind when selecting a delivery address. Please note that you shall be responsible for any items signed for at the delivery address you have selected whether or not you have signed for the parcel yourself.
- We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control
- If a package has been returned to The Bridal Co because delivery was not successful then the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer
- UK and Northern Ireland orders will be sent by Royal Mail or an alterative courier and will be charged at £4.99 plus 85p per additional item thereafter
- Republic of Ireland orders will be sent by Royal Mail International signed for and will be charged at £14.95 plus 85p per additional item thereafter
Please note that Royal Mail do not class undelivered Recorded delivery items “lost” until 15 working days after posting, so although they aim to deliver these within 1-2 days from dispatch, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. Should your recorded item not arrive within 15 working days (assumed missing or lost in transit) we will be happy to send a replacement item out to you and can always provide a parcel reference number on request to enable you to track it on line via the Royal Mails website (www.royalmail.com)

The Bridal Co reserve the right to change without notice any pricing in the case of error or in the case of manufacturers increasing prices.

Returns policy
- We are happy to replace/refund shoes provided they are returned to us in the same condition that they were despatched and in their undamaged original packaging (including all enclosed parts e.g. shoe bags, tissue paper, fabric swatches etc) within a total of 10 working days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund outside this time frame or if we are not satisfied with the condition of the goods.
- We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds on items that are custom made for you (this includes items dyed for you and preserved flower products)
- In the unlikely event that an item delivered to you arrives faulty or damaged in transit please notify us within 3 working days so that we may arrange a replacement and the return of the faulty goods as soon as possible.
- Unless items are faulty and are being replaced we are unable to refund postage and packing charges
- Refunds are made by the same method of payment used to purchase from us and please allow 28 days for your refund to show on your statement.
- Please note Sale goods may only be returned if faulty or damaged
To return an item to us for exchange or refund please use the returns slip provided and follow instructions regarding exchanges etc. We recommend using an insured signed for service such as Recorded or Special delivery which requires a signature.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any multiple order we feel would lead to unnecessary return postage costs to our customers. We also reserve the right to refuse multiple orders of the same shoe in different sizes and colours for comparison purposes. Please contact us for advice on shoe sizes and styles etc and we will do our best to ensure you choose the correct pair of shoes.
Your statutory rights are not affected by The Bridal Co’s returns policy.

The Bridal Co recognise that customers value their privacy and we confirm that the personal information requested in order to process your order will never be provided to third parties. Please be aware that this privacy policy does not extend to any collection of information by web sites reached via links on our site.

No part of this site is to be copied in whole or part including the code, artwork, text and any images shown without our permission. This also applies to all goods presented in our catalogue and includes (but is not limited to) all logos, artwork, images, physical designs of products and their product names. Any such infringements shall be thoroughly pursued by us and our product's suppliers/designers.
The Bridal Co has taken every care to ensure prices are correct and that all products are fairly described. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT (current rate of 17.5%). We reserve the right to update prices shown in our catalogue, and the rate of VAT should it change. Packaging may vary from that shown. Any weights, measurements or dimensions given are approximate only.
Specially made items (such as tiaras and jewellery) may vary from the pictures show due to each item being handmade or hand-finished.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on this site. However, the colours that appear on your monitor may vary.
Where the terms "silver", "gold", "pearl", "crystal", "diamante" for example have been used to describe detailing and decoration - these refer to the colours and appearance rather than the actual materials used and do not describe the presence of any precious metals/stones unless we have clearly stated so (e.g. "Sterling Silver").
The Bridal Co makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any other websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may cause damage.
